A number of options related to health and well-being are available to full-time team members on date of hire.
Save big on dependent expenses, such as child care costs, by funding your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for Dependent Care. Elections are set aside pre-tax.
All new full-time team members are eligible to participate in our 401(k) program without a waiting period. We provide a dollar-for-dollar match on the first 6% of salary that you contribute. Your match is 100% vested from day one of your employment.
Symmons provides group term life insurance benefits at 2x annual salary to all full-time team members at NO COST.
Full-time team members who have been with Symmons Industries for at least 1 YEAR are eligible to be considered for the Tuition Assistance program.
Tuition, course materials, and books are reimbursed at a rate of 85% after successful completion of an approved course up to a maximum of $5,250 per calendar year.
For full-time team members, vacation time is accrued at a rate determined by years of service.
Symmons provides 11-1/2 paid holidays per year.
