Here’s an overview of what you can expect during our hiring process:
1. Application Received
Once you hit "Submit," your application will make its way to our recruitment team.
We’ll review your resume to see if your experience and skills are a good fit the role.
2. Initial Screening
If we feel that your experience and skill set are a good match, we’ll work with you to schedule a short video interview with the hiring manager.
This conversation will help us get to know you better and give you the opportunity to learn more about the role and our company.
3. Meet the Team
If you advance to the interview stage, you’ll have the opportunity to meet with several members of our team, including your potential manager and colleagues and see our fabulous workspaces.
Our company culture and core values are important to us! Your values are as important to us as your experience and skill set!
4. Decision Time
After the interviews, our team will meet to discuss each candidate for that role. If we believe you’re the right fit, we’ll extend an offer. If the feeling is mutual, we hope you’ll accept and become a valuable part of our team!
All prospective employees are then required to complete a background check, which is standard hiring procedure for all roles at Symmons.

Upon successful clearance of all screenings, we’ll help you through the onboarding process and get you up to speed with your new role on your new team!
